This Privacy Policy explains how Asthetique Studios LLC (“Asthetique Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Plannur AI, our websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create or use an account, we may collect your email address, account identifier, authentication information, and basic profile information. Authentication credentials are handled through our authentication provider; we do not receive your password in plain text.
Content you provide
We process the notebooks, pages, notes, lists, reminders, preferences, and other content you choose to store in Plannur AI so we can provide and sync the Services.
Connected calendar information
When you connect Google Calendar, Plannur AI accesses the names and identifiers of your calendars and details from the calendars you select, including event titles, descriptions or notes, start and end times, all-day status, and related event identifiers. We also process encrypted authorization credentials and your calendar visibility and write-destination choices so the connection can operate.
Plannur AI uses this information to display and organize your selected calendars and, when you request it, to read, create, edit, or delete calendar events. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising.
Subscription information
We receive subscription status, product, entitlement, transaction, and renewal information from app stores and our subscription-management provider. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable store or payment provider and are not stored by Plannur AI.
Technical and support information
We may receive device, operating system, app version, approximate network, diagnostic, and usage information needed to secure, maintain, and improve the Services. If you contact us, we collect the contents of your request and any information you choose to provide.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, and maintain your account;
- store, display, organize, search, and sync your content;
- connect selected calendars and perform calendar actions you request;
- generate user-requested summaries and answers about your plans;
- provide subscription features and verify entitlements;
- respond to support, privacy, and security requests;
- protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats;
- debug, maintain, and improve the Services; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Google Calendar data and AI processing
When you request an AI-generated summary or planning answer, Plannur AI may send relevant Plannur content and selected calendar event details to OpenAI. Calendar context sent for these requests may include calendar names, event titles, event descriptions or notes, start and end times, and all-day status. This information is used only to provide the summary or answer you requested.
OpenAI acts as a service provider processing this information on our behalf. Data sharing for OpenAI model training is disabled.
Plannur AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, including:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, and cloud infrastructure services;
- RevenueCat, for subscription and entitlement management;
- OpenAI, as a service provider for user-requested AI summaries and planning answers;
- Apple, Google, and web billing providers, when you purchase through their platforms; and
- vendors that support hosting, security, diagnostics, communications, and customer support.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets. A successor would remain subject to this Policy for the information it receives.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it is processed. We may retain limited records after account deletion when required by law or needed for fraud prevention, security, billing reconciliation, or legal claims.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is processed. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority.
You can disconnect Google Calendar from Plannur AI’s calendar settings. Disconnecting removes the connection credentials held by Plannur AI and stops further access through that connection. You can also delete your Plannur AI account and associated data using the account deletion process.

7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Children’s privacy
Plannur AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for a person to consent to data processing, that higher age applies. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
