These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Asthetique Studios (“Asthetique Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of Plannur AI, our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Services
Plannur AI provides planning, note-taking, task, reminder, sync, and related features. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device or platform.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Asthetique Studios a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content and use of the Services do not violate law or the rights of others.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the security of the Services;
- access another person’s account or content without authorization;
- reverse engineer the Services except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- upload malware or content that infringes, threatens, or harms others; or
- use automated methods to access the Services in a manner that creates unreasonable load or circumvents access controls.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, currency, billing period, taxes, and any trial terms are shown before purchase by the applicable app store or web billing provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal through the provider where you subscribed.
Billing, cancellation, refund, and payment disputes may also be subject to the terms of Apple, Google, or the applicable web billing provider. Except where required by law or provider rules, payments are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, trademarks, logos, and content supplied by us, are owned by Asthetique Studios or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Third-party services
The Services may depend on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Plannur AI is an organizational tool and is not professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asthetique Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or others; address a violation of these Terms; comply with law; or respond to nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing terms and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or requires a dispute to be heard somewhere prohibited by applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
